TWO BEDROOMS + parking. From Dublin Airport: Aircoach 700 to 'STILLORGAN' plus 14 min. walk. Excellent, E1 + E2 bus route to city ~ c.35 mins + LUAS/tram. From €88/night for the first two guests ~ whether or not you use one or two rooms. Extra guests : €35/night - inc. breakfast. I live on the top floor.

My house is three floors with 2 comfortable bedrooms; one overlooking character garden. The only animals about the place are wild foxes + birds. The rooms, including bathroom, are clean, bright + subtly stylish. It is generally quiet, creative + sociable. Close to regular busses E1 & E2- c.35 mins to city. From €88/night for the first two guests, whether or not you use one or two rooms. Extra guests €35/night (i.e. each subsequent guest > 3rd, 4th etc.) Self-service breakfast included.
