Our house is a cosy comfortable cottage with a large outdoor area for our guests to enjoy ,we are only 6 kilometres to the city centre with great transport links by bus & tram to the city centre & beyond we have coffee shops ,restaurants , pubs & a large supermarket all about 5 mins walk from here , The bus stop is 2 mins away across the road from us & the tram station is a 10 min walk with trams going into the city every 5 mins or less , Our aim is make guests as comfortable as we can ,

My house is three floors with 2 comfortable bedrooms; one overlooking character garden. The only animals about the place are wild foxes + birds. The rooms, including bathroom, are clean, bright + subtly stylish. It is generally quiet, creative + sociable. Close to regular busses E1 & E2- c.35 mins to city. From €88/night for the first two guests, whether or not you use one or two rooms. Extra guests €35/night (i.e. each subsequent guest > 3rd, 4th etc.) Self-service breakfast included.
