The yard is fenced in and we welcome pets. The home is close to the historic neighborhoods of Old North Knox and Fourth and Gill. We are available if needed and are happy to recommend local things to do. Check in is 5PM

Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from UT Campus, downtown Knoxville, and only 45 to 60 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
