This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property.
