It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Nelle vicinanze troverete: supermercato, pasticceria, pizzeria, farmacia e biglietteria per i bus. Su richiesta, possiamo venirvi a prendere dagli aeroporti di Venezia e accompagnarvi all’appartamento con un costo aggiuntivo.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.
