Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

Verblijf met veel woonplezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle, lichte woning incl airco en privé parkeerplaats. Het huis is recent gerenoveerd en heeft alles wat u wenst. Prachtige moderne grote keuken met een woonkamer en vergeet de grote tuin niet waar je heerlijk aan het water kunt zitten. 2 ruime slaapkamers met airco en 2 badkamers. Strand en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. Met tram 26 ben je zo op plaats van bestemming. Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en toch snel in de stad te zijn

Gezellig huis dichtbij Amsterdam Centrum

In deze centraal gelegen woning met gratis parkeren ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers met 6 slaapplekken (zevende slaapplek optioneel). Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. In de tuin kun je lekker ontspannen. Op loopafstand zijn twee winkelcentra met supermarkt en eetplekken. Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.

This is a great house to enjoy country life with the option to experience City life just around the corner. If you like to create a small party inform us beforehand, so we can check the options. We are not a party location. and therefore loud music is not allowed and after 01:00 AM we are quiet. The price on Airbnb is incl sleepover. Extra guests, you always announce before arrival. Also extra guests that join the day-program and don't sleepover need to be notified. You pay extra for this.

Great family villa @ Amsterdam Ijburg

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Lovely family home in quiet neigbourhood only 15 min by metro to the center of Amsterdam. Garden and large terrace at water side of the house. Free parking in front of the door. This house is perfect for families with kids. Enjoy Amsterdam during the day and come home to a big kitchen and dining table outside on the water side. 10 minute walk to the metro station. Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.
