ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked kitchen w/coffee! Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Larkin's Cabin | Cozy Pet & Family Friendly!

Larkin’s Cabin is newly renovated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away. There's also plenty of space for entertaining inside & out with ample parking for boats & trailers.

Rustic and private, awsome spot in the woods off M-18. Pets are always welcome there is a $50 pet fee. A fenced in area is provided off the back of the house. We are a 0.5 mile from Sullivan beach and boat launch on Houghton Lake, minutes from trails that lead you to Liotta, Saint Helen, West, Branch, and more. Cozy cabin, very close to town and trails. St Helen has many activities such as ORV riding , fishing, boating, hunting and golfing . Our cabin is 25 minutes to West Branch, Houghton Lake or Roscommon. Cabin has been newly remodeled and has two bedrooms with queen beds . Weather permitting, you can have a camp fire in the back yard. Very close to ORV trails and events . Lake Saint Helen has a beach, fishing pier and beautiful sun sets .
