Also have a fleet of electric and standard bikes for the Rails to Trails here in Export . Take the family out and have fun!

Comfort Central is in a very safe neighborhood with on street parking. It's 7 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, universities, stadiums, museums and 2 miles from RIDC Park in O'Hara Township. It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Welty Place is a relaxing getaway nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It is just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hours drive. Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely.
