Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.

Wenn Du möchtest ist dies der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen.Dies ist nicht die richtige Location für Partys und laute Gesellschaften.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.
