We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Whether you're visiting to explore one of the two beautiful lakes nearby, Douglas & Cherokee, or just need a quiet getaway, our home is the perfect place for you!

⭐️Newly Renovated ⭐️ This unique TINY Cabin sits on an 80 acre horse and cattle farm! Perfect middle point to visit both Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and Knoxville. Close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet. Beautiful views from every window! Cows 30 feet away :) More of a studio setup with open space and a bunk that is FULL over FULL & twin bunk beds. Sofa folds down to a bed as well. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm & enjoy the views

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.
