The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. Relive a unique journey with the addition of being able to step out onto the platform for sunbathing, breakfast or your evening meal then retire to the antique king sized bed with dressing room, ensuite and Eden toiletries.

This classic Tk has been described as a cottage on wheels, with handmade furnishings, hot shower, wood burning stove, gas hob, and lighting throughout. The sleeping area is a double bed with luxury bedding. Firewood is provided as well as fire pit with all BBQ equipment. Hot tubs available.

We are an ideal base for a couple looking for a romantic retreat, or friends looking to explore this beautiful historic area. Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.
