Penrith is the ‘heart of the Lake District’ and a good place to start discovering this wonderful area. We are only minutes from M6 junction 40. We welcome cyclists and walkers. The tranquil farm is only two miles outside of Bowness-on-Windermere. There are great local pubs and eateries and walks. There is even a golf course less than half a mile away.

A luxury self-catering studio apartment with exposed slate walls, on our top (second) floor, Penthouse is suitable for a couple, two adults with a child, or a group of three. It has a solid oak, king-sized bed and a solid oak, single sofa bed, mini-kitchen and living area. The kitchenette has a small hob, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower. Penthouse also enjoys access to a private roof terrace with stunning panoramic views. Too beautiful to miss!
