La pintoresca cabaña con estructura en A de nuestra familia, de la década de 1950, tiene vistas al lago sin obstáculos desde todas las salas de estar. Hay una bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza trasera con vistas al lago. La cabaña está a poca distancia a pie de Kings Beach (0,9 millas) y Speedboat Beach (0,4 millas). Los casinos y restaurantes de la línea estatal de Crystal Bay también están a poca distancia a pie (0,5 millas). La ruta de senderismo Stateline Lookout está al otro lado de la calle. Los centros vacacionales Northstar, Diamond Peak y Mount Rose están a 10-15 minutos en coche.
