If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120-year-old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one-bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two-car parking spot and a large garden.
