This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
