Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A Pian di Lesa, con una delle viste più affascinanti sul Lago Maggiore, Brezza Azzurra è un elegante bilocale ristrutturato in residence immerso nel verde. Living luminoso con cucina attrezzata e divano letto; camera con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli a scomparsa a castello (in alternativa al divano). Bagno moderno. Terrazzo panoramico ideale per momenti di relax vista lago. Due piscine riscaldate (17 maggio– 20 settembre). Vicina alla panoramica Lesa–Comnago, amata dai ciclisti.

Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.
