Delaney’s Compound-Book now for Summer!

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

This beach cottage is on the point with view of Monroe Bay from the backyard. Walking distance to breweries and restaurants. Only 3 blocks from the beach! Open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and office/laundry room. There is a dedicated working from home space that includes a mouse, monitor, & keyboard. The backyard is fully fenced with a patio and table & chairs. The living room has a smart tv that includes Apple TV & a sound bar (cable/TV app logins are not provided)

The Observatory on Rose Manor is a private home. It’s 2 blocks from the heart of downtown & beach. Colonial Beach is the golf cart capital of Virginia, we all drive them here. Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.
