Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

This cottage/house has air conditioning/ furnace, wood stove, laundry, dishwasher, tv, wifi, propane bbq, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove-oven, refrigerator/freezer. A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Alex Bay,NY Main Channel Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front porch and watch the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and enjoy this busy working river. Recently remodeled cottage, very quiet and close to everything. Located in the American Narrows between Swan Bay and Point Vivian. We do have a private dock available for an extra fee, water levels permitting.

Riverside at Alexandria Bay (A)

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
