My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Less than 5kms from the CBD, Clifton Hill is bordered by Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford & Northcote as well as the 260 hectare Yarra Bend Park. Trains, trams and buses are between 5 & 10 minutes walking distance. 5 train stops to Jolimont Station, for MCG & Melbourne Park. A Visitor's Parking Permit is available for free, unrestricted parking on the street outside the residence.
