Hoosier Homestead (Grandma’s House)

Make some memories at this smoke free & unique and family-friendly place (Grandma’s House). This little house was built in 1940’s for grandma by her husband Elmer. The cabinets are original and all within grandma’s reach. Take a step back in time and head down to the creek to catch some crawdad’s, dip toes in the cool water. You’ll have a huge field for the kids to run, or even have a feed sack race, or a night of cards/checkers. We do have internet for tv. Stream free channels or use own plan.

The Boho Roost

Located just south of Bloomington Country Club, this newly finished 2nd-floor mother-in-law suite is a great place to stay. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite is full of light with big windows. Step onto the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the birds at the feeder overlooking the backyard. Get to the westside shopping district in under 10min, to IU Stadium or eastside in 15min or to Lake Monroe in 20min! We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!

Blue Lemon Bungalow is an adorable, newly renovated two bedroom in Bloomington with full living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

The Master Bedroom with queen bed has en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower featuring multiple shower heads & unlimited hot water. A sunroom provides quiet & comfort while viewing the spacious backyard.

If you are a foody you are within 10 to 15 minutes from the many Bloomington restaurants or if you prefer the cooking option there is a full kitchen for your culinary creativity.

This listing is for an apartment in a duplex on the south side of town. The unit is separate, with the owners occupying the other side. Close to the city trails and a gym with a sauna, this 1 bedroom 1 bath is suitable for 2 people and has 1 Queen bed. Just 15 minutes from the stadium and less than 10 for downtown dining and shopping. There are chickens on the property and if you book out a ways and the girls are laying, we can provide you with fresh eggs for a tasty morning treat.

This authentic log cabin has been completely renovated with a studio-style open bedroom, kitchenette, living room, porch, and bathroom. There is no TV, but there is Wi-fi. You'll be staying in the upper level of the cabin. The upper level is a separate unit, also on Airbnb. The units share no interior access and are completely separate units.
