The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Cosy Rose Terrace is the bottom floor of a house with separate entrance, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and Kitchette with microwave, air fryer , toaster and kettle, located in the charming characterful village.
