Welcome to Weighbridge Cottage! Newly renovated to a high standard, this is an airy holiday home for up to 5 people plus 2 cots in central Lyme Regis and is 4 minutes easy stroll from the beach! Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

Warm and cosy, dog friendly, Character cottage

A short walk away from the best beach in Dorset, Seatown and Golden Cap are ten minutes away by foot. Dogs are welcome in the cottage and at the local pubs. Wood burner for winter, garden for the summer and 1 off street parking space. Due to the convenient position of the cottage (in the centre of a popular village) it is possible to walk or take the bus to most of the local amenities. However, the road to the side of the cottage is a busy A road and can be noisy and hard to cross.

There is ample space and it is located between 2 popular coastal towns of Lyme Regis and Bridport, the area is renowned for fossil hunting and the Jurassic coast. The nearest beach is 3 miles away,Lyme Regis and Bridport just 6 miles away. Bridport Saturday market is not to be missed.

The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
