One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Open and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have one twin bed in each. The living room has an L shaped leather couch with an amazing view of Emigrant Peak. There is also a large TV screen to view your streaming services on. Attached is a dining room and large, well equipped kitchen.
