Coming to visit family or for work? Centrally located house with the charm of the 1930s and the comforts of today. Beautiful hardwood floors and original gumwood trim. New queen-sized beds, linens, TVs, and appliances. This location is amazing. Plenty of space to get work done or just relax. High-speed fiber-optic internet. Walk to the beach, lighthouse on the pier, restaurants and bars, Seabreeze Amusement Park, bowling, and putt-putt. Miles of trails out the front door! 10 minutes from the city. Dogs welcome! Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.

This home is one block from Winton Rd, where you’ll find a wide array of restaurants, bars, shops, and even a public library, all just a 5 minute walk. We've taken care to equip this unit with everything you should need. However, should any issues arise, my partner and I live in other half the duplex and can readily assist you.
