Είναι μια ήσυχη, οικογενειακή περιοχή μέσα στη φύση, τις ελιές και τα αμπέλια, ενώ απέχει λίγα μόλις λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης (8 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι). Το όνομα Eunoia (Εύνοια) προέρχεται από το αρχαίο ελληνικό "Εu'' που σημαίνει καλός και "nous" που είναι το μυαλό. Ένα όμορφα ισορροπημένο μυαλό, μια όμορφη θετική σκέψη.
