Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. Free on-site street parking at the building.

A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself!

We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Hello, and welcome to The Loft on Alamo ! Come, unwind, and relax in this spacious floor plan of 400+ square feet and fully furnished. It is located on my property above a double garage. It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

The bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a walk in marble shower. Walking distance to Magnolia Market, Silos and many restaurants and shops!

Penthouse Apartment at Brickner Guest House

This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.
