Bonus is place on the backyard with small cofee table and chairs - for smokers (smoking inside - no way!). Seperate entrance from parking, garden view.

Beside the studio which I create from the former workshop, I provide free parking space. Studio is located just just 1,9km from Ljubljana Castle, 1km from Metelkova.Ljubljana Central Market is 1,7km from the house. It is in the quiet neighborhood. Right now they are building new neighborhood, so it can be a little bit noisy during the day. Hopefully they will end the most of the big work till summer.
