Your Tuscany mansion right at the ocean - Villa Le Case Nuove dei Conti Millo is a classical mansion in the heart of Tuscany and offers sleeping accommodation for 12 people (in 2025 you can book an addtional wing and increase capacity to 18 people) With more than 800 sqm the Villa is placed in the midst of the countryside and has a 20 x 10 m pool. The ocean is just 1 km away and can be seen from the residence. The mansion is furnished with antiques, yet provides modern convenience.

La entrada a la propiedad cuenta con portón automático y espacio de estacionamiento para cinco coches.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

E' una villa indipendente per 12 persone, completamente ristrutturata, con accesso privato al mare, terrazze panoramiche e giardino con BBQ — tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, senza condivisioni.
