Casa Irene è un delizioso appartamento in stile Toscano, situato al secondo ed ultimo piano di una palazzina a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro,50 mt per porta San Matteo ed altri 50 mt per la via Francigena. Data la posizione defilata si raggiunge facilmente in auto per parcheggiare nell'immediato parcheggio libero. L'appartamento dotato di wifi ed aria condizionata si suddivide in sala/cucina openspace,camera e bagno con doccia ed un terrazzo abitabile con affacci sulle mura di San Gimignano

Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Ubicado al borde de la área peatonal, este piso con amplio jardín ofrece una vista hermosa del todo el valle hasta el mar. Está amueblado con alto estándar y cuenta con una terraza independiente para comer. A través de unas pequeñas escaleras se baja al amplio jardín rodeado por muro de piedra, con plantas y barbacoa de ladrillos (compartido con el otro apartamento de la misma propiedad). Los pisos se pueden alquilar por separado o juntos. Aparcamiento público gratuito a 3' andando de la casa.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Casa del Poggio, with a beautiful sea view

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
