A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!
