The Retreat is the perfect home base for day trips to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Richmond, Fredericksburg, state parks, wineries, beaches, and golf courses. This 440-sq-ft apartment has a separate ground-floor entrance, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a luxurious shower. Perks include satellite television, a fire pit and miles of hiking trails of varying difficulty.

Cozy, comfortable, and quiet walk-out basement apartment with convenient access to downtown Fredericksburg, local shopping, and VRE to DC. There is a private back entrance. Has a full kitchen with gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, Keurig, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes available. Shared washer/dryer and outdoor patio space are available as well. The bedroom boasts comfortable queen size bed, dresser, and closet.

To maintain a clean and family-friendly environment, we do not allow smoking, parties or gatherings in our space. If you break these rules, you will be asked to leave. We are a family with children and pets, so you can expect to hear some noise from us.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.
