Un bilocale affacciato su un tranquillo cortile interno, situato all'interno di un palazzo ottocentesco nel centro storico della città, a due passi dalla vivace Via Garibaldi e a pochi minuti dal Museo Egizio e dalla Mole Antonelliana.
