Nestled within the garden of the owners' home, the space features a cosy double bedroom, modern shower room, an open plan kitchen/living room and a fenced courtyard where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. Just a short walk to local shops, restaurants and transport links, The Perk Inn is the ideal relaxing base for exploring Dorset and surrounding areas.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.
