There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Peaceful annexe on an old farmhouse

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Outside is a patio area with garden furniture to enjoy a BBQ or simply just sit in front of the fire pit with cocktails.

With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The swimming pool is open from June - Sept and wild swimming in the pond is open all year !
