"Our small riverside terraced cottage boasts an idyllic view across the River Calder and Rochdale canal and up onto the wooded valley sides. Built in 1860 for workers at the nearby cotton mill, this home has many period and original features. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, laying in bed or luxuriating in the gorgeous feature bath, there is a stunning view to be seen from every window. If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

We're close to Skipton, Malham, The Yorkshire Dales & Ribble Valley. Within 1 hour you can be in Leeds, Bradford, Blackpool or The South Lakes. There's so much for families to do when you stay with us.

Come and relax in our beautiful exclusive Hot Tub and let the relaxing water take away all your stresses and strains. Watch as the trees dance in the breeze above you. Listen to the sound of the waterfall and steam trains in the distance. Say "hi" as the occasional friendly bird or squirrel pops by. Great base for exploring Yorkshire and enjoying the beautiful countryside and tourist attractions. We also have great bus and train services here which can take you all over Yorkshire.

This is a beautiful modern self contained studio space that is attached to a barn conversion. This provides a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for cooking. It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk.
