Kitchen for guests to prepare meals and snacks. Guests are welcome to tour the farm. Only one guest group (individual, couple or small group) occupies the Guest House building at any one time, so complete privacy during your stay.

Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Enjoy a short hike to the spring-fed stream on the property. 35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Cal-King Premium Nectar Mattress, and 2 full sized floor mattresses. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.

Guests have the lower level of home which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen (with full-size fridge, sink, and dishwasher), living room, W/D, and separate back patio to enjoy the view.
