Two dedicated desks and a versatile table let you combine remote work, creative projects, and shared meals with ease. Music is part of the atmosphere thanks to a ready-to-use amplifier. Behind a discreet “western” style door lies the bedroom: a bright, cozy retreat with direct access to the terrace, shared with the living room. A full-height mirrored wall conceals the bathroom, complete with a shower, spacious bathtub, and all modern comforts. A singular, warm, and inspiring place — where every space has a story to tell.

El apartamento está ubicado en la primera planta y está completamente a su disposición. El dormitorio cuenta con una puerta doble que lo separa del salón. Hay una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas y un sofá cama doble. Si reserva solo para 2 personas y no comparte la cama del dormitorio, deberá indicarlo al realizar la reserva. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para su uso durante su estancia. También hay una pequeña terraza en el apartamento, pero está estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro. Hay un baño con ducha y un aseo separado en la entrada del apartamento.

Superbe appartement récemment rénové situé dans une rue piétonniere animée juste à côté de la Grand Place. Vous vivrez pleinement l'experience du centre historique de Bruxelles, tout en bénéficiant d'un calme surprenant! De sa grande terrasse, vous pourrez admirer la flèche de l'hotel de ville, illuminée le soir (vue epoustouflante depuis la chambre à coucher) et la Cathédrale Sainte-Gudule. Situé sous les toits au 3ème étage sans ascenseur donc déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Above a chololate maker shop, just across from the famous hotel Amigo, our appartement is the perfect base camp to explore Brussels and a comfy nest to take a real break and enjoy this great city. Maison très calme et silencieuse de 4 appartements, rénovée avec soin située entre Louise/Parvis/Loix. Je suis le propriétaire (french and English speaking) et j'habite au rez-de-chaussée. Pas de fête dans le bâtiment. Pour une ou deux personnes intimes, non-fumeur, sans animaux et surtout très calme comme la maison. Idéal pour profession intellectuelle. Si vous aimez la vie nocturne et compter rentrer tard. Svp, Réservez un autre endroit.
