La villetta ha al piano primo di camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e, al piano terra, di divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, dove è presente un secondo bagno.

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

La casa de campo disfruta de una vista envidiable sobre el paisaje accidentado de la Garfagnana. Los Alpes Apuanos se elevan detrás de las playas de la Riviera Toscana hasta 2000 metros de altura. La masía está 100% inmersa en la naturaleza. Después de una larga restauración, la casa de campo y el antiguo granero adyacente se han convertido en dos casas unifamiliares.

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
