Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

The Stables - North Ferriby

The Stables is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9 minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Located in the village of South Cave, Oak Cottage is a stunning holiday cottage set in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Built in the early 1800’s, the original cottage has been transformed into a luxurious and cosy, oak filled space, with stunning open plan kitchen, extending out through bi-fold doors to a secluded hot tub and seating

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

A 30 minute walk or short drive away from the famous Humber Bridge and Hessle foreshore area where a picnic can be enjoyed in the summer. Hessle also offers easy access to the City of Hull either by car, bus or train.

This accommodation includes free off-road parking private kitchen with a dining area and a walk-in shower. (This flat can also accommodate a child if required there is a travel bed and bedding provided)
