The Gables Cottage

A delightful detached stone cottage situated at the foot of the stunning Wicklow Mountains. With a characterful feel and rural location, this property is ideal for a couple looking to escape to County Carlow. Set in a 19th century farm pebbled courtyard. This granite cottage opens into an airy open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge. There is a woodburning stove and leather couches to enjoy your evening. French doors lead out from the bedroom onto an outdoor dining, bbq area and garden.

Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

Cluain Seán is a quiet and peaceful cottage set in the Wicklow countryside. It is situate in a farming community at the end of a country lane. The cottage is stone built and has a lovely garden and orchard. A place to be still and enjoy the birdsong. It is a spacious, warm and welcoming cottage. Step away from the busy world for some peace and relaxation in this original cottage. It’s suitable for family holidays and friends get-togethers but not loud parties as it’s in a family community.

Stoops House is family-run guest accommodation located in Coolattin, Co. Wicklow. Stoops is surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped private gardens & provides secluded woodside accommodation for large groups in a rural setting. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably & is ideal for families and groups wanting a relaxing break. Mountain & valley views can be had to the rear of the property while the forest is directly at the front, keen walkers can enjoy miles of forest walks.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
