Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge!

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”.
