It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

New double pain windows, solid core doors and hardware throughout. Neighborhood Description Small town feel. Close to everthing one could want. This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in the Sunny Hills area of Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.

Guest Suite w/Priv Entry+Patio + split AC

We have a completely separate guest suite with a private entrance, patio and en-suite bathroom on our property. Our neighborhood is safe and family-oriented! Your guest suite is also fenced off with a 6-foot tall vinyl gate from our backyard for your total privacy. Guests will not have access to our main house or backyard. For long-term stays, we can only accommodate 1 guest. Please refer to our "space" list to view amenities offered.
