The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

Penny Bun Cabin, A Little House in The New Forest

Arrive at the end of your mile long driveway to an oasis of calm. Switch off your phones, turn off devices and unplug while you relax in this contemporary little log house, away from the outside world. Situated in the tranquil New Forest countryside with direct access to explore the New Forest terrain and neighbouring Jurassic Coast and beaches. The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Stride’s Barn

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

The L'il Cat House

On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

Stride Cottage in the heart of the new forest

Built in 1840 to house workers making bricks this charming extended semi-detached cottage has been lived by the same family of New Forest commoners for the last 50 years. The Old Dairy in the New Forest, Bramshaw

Newly refurbished in 2026! This Old Dairy in The New Forest, Bramshaw, has been converted from a traditional working dairy into a beautiful self catering cottage on a quaint county farm. Ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep and deer roam freely throughout the countryside all year. Ideal for couples and small families to enjoy: horse riding, cycling, walking and the famous Peppa Pig World within a 10 minute drive. There are also lots of traditional English pubs to enjoy.

New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.
