Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

There are neighboring wineries in the area, or you can head over to our Tasting Room (16.6 miles) in Templeton. This studio is just 15 min. from downtown Paso Robles and 7 min. from downtown San Miguel CA.

Up-C Ranch

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene farmhouse close to downtown Paso Robles, central coast wineries, and two beautiful lakes. Enjoy the nighttime silence and amazing star-gazing. Boat parking is available on property if you plan to bring your boat for an outing on one of the lakes (Lake Nacimiento or Lake San Antonio). There is a 50a level 2 charge plug but guests must bring their own cord - please see photo.
