The grade II listed farm dates back to 1700 and offers an authentic, cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful location grounding in nature above the sleepy village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth on the edge of the Peak District.

With Langsett and Holme Styes Reservoirs both just a few minutes drive away, this is a perfect base for walking, cycling or just simply a relaxing break.

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.
