The bright living room features a log fire, the generous bedroom a king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom is airy and the kitchen well-equipped. All rooms have high ceilings, adding to the roomy feel. Outside is a seating area with table, chairs and parasol. Beautiful country setting with stunning views and exclusive stile to footpath leading up into the 'Hampshire Hangers'.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults to indulge in a relaxing mini break; also ideal for a fleeting overnight work visit and take advantage of the superfast broadband to work from Black Barn.

Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
