Apartment Obala - Apartment 3

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor, but you still can use a terrace in front of the house. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

This property is 15 minutes walk from the famous Zlatni Rat pebbly beach, 1200 m away. Just 500 m from a closest pebbly beach. It is 600 m from the centre of Bol and within a 10 minute walk from tennis courts. All accommodation units come with a dining area and a private entrance. Kitchen facilities include a fridge, an oven and a stove. Free private parking lot is provided on site. The Brač Airport is 13 km from the property. Supetar Ferry Port is at a distance of 38 km. Apartment is located 5km from Bol, It is placed in Murvica, a peaceful escape from all the city noise, and a village with the most beautiful beach. It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).

A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea.
