Canyon Road Olive Ranch is a 25-acre property with olive trees and fruit trees. We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

Cozy Cottage is within walking distance to Johnson City square. This adorable house, built in 1947 has all updated amenities. Original hard wood floors through out the house. Enjoy the 400 sq. ft. Deck with grill and fire pit in the cutest cottage in Johnson City. Each of the bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size w/d . Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, per pet. I can request the pet fee when you check in.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
