Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walks on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix (subscription reqd.) DVDs & books for cosy nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Dryslwyn Log Cabins

Dryslwyn Cabins are only six minutes off J35 M4. They are newly built and fully insulated with gas central heating. They are log cabins, entirely constructed from timber, which gives off a beautiful natural scent. They are located in secluded countryside in close proximity of the owner's property, looking out onto fields where ponies graze. Their position puts them in easy reach of the coast, the City of Cardiff and The Bay and many more places of interest to visit, all within 30 minutes drive!

Castle Coach House

This stone coach house conversion with underfloor heating is set in a beautiful garden, offering a cozy, home-from-home feel with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in Tongwynlais, it has excellent transport links to Cardiff city centre in under 20 minutes, and easy access to all of South East Wales. The magical Castell Coch is just up the road, and the Coach House is a 1-minute walk from the local pub. Enjoy fantastic mountain and woodland walks, all nearby for a perfect escape.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.
