Amplio apartamento estudio con vistas al mar situado en la rambla del casco antiguo, justo al lado de su atracción principal, el órgano marino y el saludo al sol. El apt. está en el primer piso y tiene una cómoda cama de matrimonio, baño con ducha, cocina totalmente equipada, TV, AIRCO y WiFi gratis. Puedes darte un baño en frente de la casa. Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

The large terrace of the airy and bright apartment on the top floor of our holiday home offers a great view of the nearby sea. The spacious studio offers approximately 65 square meters of comfort and space for two to four people, as the large studio can be separated into a bedroom and living room using sliding partitions. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and air conditioning is of course also available.

It is located on the top floor of a small residential building, with a beautiful old-fashioned stone staircase leading three flights up to the flat. The flat has breath-taking views of the bay, and each evening you will see the famous Zadar sunsets from your window.
